In Central New York, Rural/Metro crews respond to more than 47,000 requests for help each year in Onondaga, Cayuga and Madison Counties and we always respond an ambulance with a paramedic on board and staff crews full time around the clock. We provide mutual aid response to areas served by volunteer providers, and offer many other services.Rural/Metro Medical Services personnel have been serving the Central New York area since 1953.
