| Pastabilities' dinner menu is peppered with special entrees along with pasta staples for the less adventurous. Pasta with red or white sauce, meatballs, sausage and fettuccine Alfredo are there if a diner passes on items like sweet potato ravioli, grilled sesame-soy tuna with portabello, cremini and button mushrooms or sauteed chicken with raspberries, shallots and cream. The two-page evening menu -- also homemade -- contains a wide selection of meat, vegetarian and pasta dishes. Korteling says a visit to Pastabilities isn't complete without trying her special spicy hot tomato oil over fettuccini. |
