JUBILEE HOMES of Syracuse Inc. in cooperation with the City of Syracuse Department of Community Development, continues to undertake its traditional mission of constructing single family homes utilizing the Community Land Trust Concept. During the May 2003 – April 2004 season, five new homes will be constructed. These four-bedroom, one and a half bath homes will feature cathedral ceilings, walk-in closets, a skylight in the main bathroom and a full basement, and are built to ENERGY-STAR standards. ENERGY-STAR is New York’s energy efficiency certification program for new homes.
