| Guillermo Quetell MD opened a private plastic surgery practice in the Physician's Building at Community General Hospital in May of 2004.Dr. Quetell completed a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the combined program of New York-Presbyterian Hospital (Cornell's & Columbia's medical centers). He also trained at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, which performs more breast reconstruction than any hospital in the Eastern United States.Plastic surgeon Guillermo Quetell MD, who completed medical school at Upstate in 1989, has returned to Central New York to teach and practice plastic surgery, with an emphasis on breast, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery.
