Syracuse : Health : Central New York Health Systems Agency
CNYHSA is a non-profit entity organized for the purpose of providing effective health planning and development in Central New York. It is guided by a Board of Directors representing a cross-section of consumers, providers, employers, government, and community service representatives. CNYHSA also manages the "Ryan White" Central New York HIV Care Network and administers two rental assistance programs for individuals with HIV.
